Terms of Service

LabelOS is in internal testing. This page is not yet a contract and contains no binding commercial terms. It states the operator and the shape of the agreement so that nothing here is mistaken for terms that have not been decided. The binding version is published before the product is offered publicly.

Who operates the service

What the service is

LabelOS is software for independent record labels: it holds a catalogue, ingests distributor sales reports, reconciles them, computes royalties per period, produces payee statements, and records payouts. It records payouts; it does not move money.

What is decided before public launch

• The contracting relationship and who may accept these terms on an organisation's behalf.
• Price, term, renewal and termination, and what happens to data afterwards.
• Liability, availability commitments, and support.
• Governing law and place of jurisdiction.
